About This Program

Brand: Xcentrix — industrial environmental monitoring and alarm notification service.

Program purpose: Xcentrix sends automated SMS alarm and alert notifications to designated facility contacts when monitored conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure, door status, equipment state, etc.) require attention.

Message frequency: Varies based on alarm activity at your facility. During normal operations you may receive no messages. During alarm events you may receive multiple messages per incident until the condition is acknowledged or resolved.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Xcentrix does not charge for SMS notifications.

How To Opt In

You may opt in to receive Xcentrix SMS alerts using either of the methods below.

Method 1: Self Opt-In (this page)

Complete the form below. Your opt-in request will be reviewed by a facility administrator, who will provision your phone number in the Xcentrix monitoring system. Upon provisioning you will receive a single confirmation SMS:

Xcentrix Alerts: You have been enrolled to receive alarm notifications for [Facility Name]. Msg frequency varies. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

I understand that message frequency varies based on alarm activity, that message and data rates may apply, and that I may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Submit Opt-In Request

No SMS messages will be sent until a facility administrator provisions your phone number in the Xcentrix monitoring system. Your information will not be sold, shared for marketing, or disclosed to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Method 2: Administrator Enrollment

A facility administrator may enroll your phone number on your behalf through the Xcentrix web management portal (login-required). Administrators are required to obtain verbal or written consent from each contact before adding their number. As with self opt-in, you will receive the confirmation SMS shown above and may reply STOP to opt out at any time.

What Messages You Will Receive

• Alarm notifications when monitored conditions exceed configured thresholds.
• Device offline alerts when monitoring equipment loses connectivity.
• Escalation alerts if a prior alarm was not acknowledged within a configured timeout.

Examples:

CRITICAL ALARM: Kitchen Walk-In Cooler temperature 52.3°F exceeds threshold 45.0°F. Acknowledge at xcentrix.net. Reply STOP to opt out.

WARNING: Nursery Freezer temperature rising. Rate of change 6.7°C/min detected. Check immediately. Reply STOP to opt out.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any Xcentrix message.
• Reply HELP or INFO for support information.
• Contact your facility administrator to remove your number.
• Email support@xcentrix.net to request removal.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You may reply START to resubscribe or ask your facility administrator to re-enroll you.

Privacy & Data Use

Information submitted through this form (name, phone, facility, role, optional email) is used solely to enroll you in the Xcentrix SMS alarm notification program. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
